We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, beautiful interfaces across our web and mobile products. You'll own the experience end-to-end — from research and wireframes to polished, on-brand UI — and work closely with our development, product and marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX: research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
- Run usability reviews and iterate based on user feedback and data.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect delivery.
- Present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers and review their work.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of UI/UX design experience for web and mobile.
- Expertise in Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch a plus).
- Strong grasp of interaction design, information architecture and accessibility.
- Solid visual design skills — typography, layout, colour and hierarchy.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into simple, elegant flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A strong portfolio of shipped web and mobile products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building and scaling design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints.
- Familiarity with prototyping, motion and user-research methods.
