About the Service
Peacock Design Solutions designs product labels for food, beverage, cosmetic, wellness and retail brands — artwork built on your printer's dieline, with the brand story on the front and every required panel laid out clearly on the back.
A label does two jobs at once. It has to catch a buyer's eye from a metre away on a crowded shelf, and it has to carry a lot of small, legally required information without looking like a form. Most label problems come from treating those as one task.
We design the front panel for shelf impact — brand mark, product name, variant and flavour cues, finish and material effects — and lay out the back panel as a genuine information design exercise, with ingredients, nutrition, net quantity, batch and date fields, FSSAI or other mark space, barcode zone and statutory declarations all given proper hierarchy.
Everything is built on the actual dieline from your printer or converter, so the artwork fits the bottle, jar, pouch or tin it is meant for. You receive press-ready CMYK PDFs with bleed, dielines on their own layer and a barcode placed at a scannable size.
Every label is built on your printer's real dieline, front panel and back panel both.
01
Snacks, spices, oils, sauces and bottled drinks.
02
Small surfaces, premium finishes, legible at size.
03
Curve distortion and seam overlap allowed for.
04
Panel folds and seal zones on the converter’s dieline.
05
Ingredients, nutrition, batch fields and barcode zone.
06
Dielines on their own layer, finishes specified.
We work from your printer or converter's dieline, so the artwork fits the actual container — no reflowing after the first proof comes back wrong.
Back panels are proofed at 100% print size, not on screen at 300%. If a line cannot be read on the physical label, it gets reset.
Flavour and size variants are built on one master system with a clear differentiation rule, so a ten-SKU range looks like a family on the shelf.
Barcodes are placed at a tested size with correct quiet zones and bar colour contrast, using the number you supply from your GS1 registration.
Artwork is prepared for the material and finish you are printing on — clear, metallic, matte, kraft or foil — with spot and varnish layers specified separately.
Source files are handed over, so a recipe change, a new batch field or a fresh variant is a quick edit rather than a redesign.
We collect the dieline, container details, print material, finish and the full list of information that must appear on the label.
You receive front-panel concepts for shelf impact — brand mark, product name, variant cues and imagery — set on the real label shape.
Ingredients, nutrition, net quantity, batch and date fields, mark space and barcode are laid out and proofed at full print size.
Once the master is approved, every flavour, size and SKU in the range is produced on the same system.
Final artwork goes out as press-ready CMYK PDFs with bleed, dielines on their own layer and finishes specified, plus editable source files.
From a single jar to a full SKU range, Peacock Design Solutions designs labels that stand out on the shelf and go to press without surprises.
